Ruger mark2 optic ready

I have a sweet shooting ruger mark2 with 2 10 round magazines. Gun has a rear sight reddot mount for a rmr footprint along with it original rear sight for it. The gun have been very fun and very accurate to shoot, I em getting quarter size groups or better at 25yards bench. I used it for 22lr bowling pin shoots and has kept me very Challengable. I’m asking what I think is a fair price of $400.

I would prefer not to sell it with the optic but for the right price I will. It has been a well maintained gun and optic. The optic is fairly new, cyelee ct2 green dot, it is a shake awake, has 10 illumination settings 8 daytime settings an 2 night time. Has a nice cover for it and the screws and comes with a base plate so you could mount it on a rail.
With the gun and optic $480 firm.
