This is a rare bird here. It is a Brand spanking new unfired takeoff lower from a Colt factory SBR, LE6921. It is separated and removed from the NFA registry And I have a confirmation letter. This makes it a title 1 Rifle lower now. It cannot be used as a pistol lower. Comes with the end of the factory box with correctly marked serial number. If you want an authentic restricted marked lower for your Colt Law Enforcement or M4 M4LE build, here you go these don’t come up often and they usually cost way more than this. Comes with an H buffer installed like it came from the factory for the 14.5 inch M4 upper that came on it. Factory staked buffer tube. M4 Waffle stock. Just to be clear for the uninitiated, this is not an SBR this is a CARBINE or rifle lower according to the ATF at this time. You cannot put an SBR upper on it without first filing the appropriate paperwork to convert it to an SBR lower. Please don’t even bother trying to buy this if you don’t understand those basic facts
