Colt 9mm factory carbine lower 6951 ar-15 w acc pack and magazine & SMG buffer spacer!

Description

This is a barely used lower receiver from a COLT factory CARBINE from 2012 2013. The end of the box with the label and the unopened accessory packet will be included with the sale. The accessory packet includes a sling swivel a 32 round 9 mm magazine and the manual. This one comes with a two piece 5.5 ounce tungsten filled SMG buffer and the proper spacer to limit over travel of the bolt. This is everything you need except for the CARBINE upper to make your awesome 9 mm project. This started life as a title one upper, was a form 1SBR, and then was removed from the NFA registry confirmed with a letter from BATFE so it is now a title to CARBINE lower. You cannot use this as a pistol lower. You can only use it for 16 inches or longer or you have to file your own form number one with the ATF to convert it into an SBR. It is not engraved. It has original factory staking on the castle nut for the Buffer tube. You can see that it has the stainless steel trigger and hammer pins. Ask me for questions
