Tanfoglio Defiant Limited .45, super hard to find. Open to trades

She’s a spectacular shooter! No more than 100 rounds down the pipe and pretty hard to find, especially in .45.
There are a couple of the 10mm version currently on Gunbroker. The .45 version is more scarce and in greater demand.

As far as I’m concerned this is absolutely top tier when it comes to a production class firearm. The trigger is AWESOME! And it comes with two 10 round mags. 1 original with the gun, 1 from a CZ 97 (45 version of the CZ 75). Both function perfectly.

If you’ve never shot a CZ pattern pew, you’re in for a treat. The slide rides inside the frame and the whole shebang sits lower in your paw so it tames recoil like a lion tamer controls big cats. If I were still shooting competitions I’d keep her in the lineup.

But unfortunately, as much as I love the platform, the CZ just isn’t my thing. I’ve got a career’s worth of trigger time behind Beretta’s, Sig’s, & 1911’s, and I’ve been nurturing a growing interest in Glock’s. That doesn’t leave much room for new ergo’s…

I’m posting this here, really looking for a trade. But if it doesn’t move I’ll put it on GB and be done with it.

To give you a heads up, what I’m most likely to consider are what I listed above. I’d be interested to hear about your full frame or long slide G’s, such as a 17, 17L, 24, 34, 35, 40, or a 41 (some, if not most will require $$ to off set value, but I’m not greedy). I’d consider most anything Sig (except base production 226’s, 229’s, or recycled LEO guns, I’ve got more than I can shoot), mid tier 1911’s (especially something in 9 or 10mm), 92 pattern berettas (92, 96, M9, you get the point), or one of those super scary semi-auto rifles in 308… no AR 15’s please… I could frame a small house with all the AR’s I’ve got.

I’ve got to add… please nothing overly Gucci and no ghetto bling. I am sorry but pink & gold, storm trooper, Nintendo, pansies & paisleys, or any other customizations on a piece of battle rattle just don’t do it for me. If it ain’t black or silver, then only the colors of a dill pickle or a sandbox get my juices flowing.
