Springfield Hellcat 9mm Like new (Includes holster and Factory box/accessories)

Hey everyone, selling my Springfield Hellcat 3-inch 9mm. It’s been an awesome, super reliable setup for everyday carry, but I realized I don’t carry as much as I thought I would. So there’s no point in letting it sit.
It’s in great shape and has only had about 400 rounds through it total. I always clean it after hitting the range, so it runs flawlessly.
Everything you get:
The gun itself (Springfield Hellcat 3″)
The original Springfield box, soft zipper pouch, manual, and all the factory stuff it came with.
3 Magazines total: Two 13-round extended mags and one 10-round flush mag.
A right-handed inside-the-waistband (IWB) concealment holster so you’re ready to carry it right away.
Asking $400 or best offer, Cash Only. A Hellcat with this exact set up retails for 700+ so this is a great deal.
Must be an Utah resident, and legally allowed to own a gun. I’d definitely prefer selling to someone with their Utah CCW permit.
