Savage Model 99

Description

I have a very nice Savage Model 99 this rife is in excellent condition given the age of this rifle. When I got this rife the wear given that it was made in 1936 is amazing. Very nice walnut stock it has a schnable for arm. I cleaned it up and it looks nice. The receiver was tapped and drilled for scope mounts but it must have been done during the time period that Leupold actually was making a one piece base. I did some research I actually found a Leupold base that worked. I mounted the scope base and actually has newer Leupold rings on it that I bought and they work great. This rifle has the safety on the lever. Has a 24 inch barrel I had a recoil pad installed. Holds 5 rounds & on one side of the receiver there’s what’s called the brass window that says how many rounds you have. I put on my Savage a Nikon 3-9×40 scope it has the BDC reticle it works great. I also are including 300 rounds of newly relocated ammo! So it should be set up for a long time of shooting enjoyment. I will include in this add pictures of my rifle. I will only sell to residents of Utah and just show me legal Identification. My price with all that comes in features and extra’s scope and ammunition is $800.00
