The Ruger Security 9 is compact for easy concealment. Its precision-machined, hard-coated aluminum chassis features full-length guide rails, a through-hardened alloy steel slide and barrel, and a high-performance glass-filled nylon grip frame. The Secure Action system combines the smooth trigger pull of the LCP with a short, crisp feel and positive reset, while the textured grip frame provides a secure and comfortable grip. An internal Secure Action hammer provides strong ignition force while allowing for easier slide racking. Front cocking serrations allow for positive slide manipulation.
