Remington model 11 (100 year? Old Gun)

My brother passed away in feb of 2026 & i inherited this model 11 Remington shotgun. We have had to do a LOT of cleanup of these guns since they were not maintained by my brother who died suddenly and not discovered for about a week. picture of the ‘before” to give you an accurate picture of what we were facing avail upon request. We have had to use a wire wheel & scotch Brite pads to remove all of the rust & pitting on the metal surfaces. Most of the blue on this gun has been preserved. We have cleaned down the barrel & the firing mechanism to the best of our ability without tearing something apart & not getting it back together properly & making the gun inoperable. The stock has been replaced since it was broken. I have no need or desire to own it since i am not a gun enthusiast. cleaning kit FREE
