Description
Rare AMT Automag Lightning Target Pistol with a Japanese Weaver H4 pistol scope. Mint condition. The scope is worth $250+ to collectors since it has a reputation for handling recoil and shock from large caliber handguns and is as collectable as the pistol.
AMT was a firearms manufacturer in Covina,CA in the 1970’s and reached fame for making the 44 automag pistol used in the last Clint Eastwood Dirty Harry film. They were renowned for making quality hand machined stainless firearms based on Ruger designs, they were sued by Ruger for patent infringement and unfortunately forced out of business.
