Rare Savage 755A 12ga

Description

Made between 1949-1958, Savage took the Browning Auto 5 design and gave it a more “modern” look by getting rid of the hump. I used this for trap shooting and it’s a nice shooting gun. Not a lot of these left in circulation. Semi auto, 4+1 capacity, 30” fixed modified choke barrel. I’ve gone through it, replaced the locking bolt, and put a new butt plate on it. Finish is fair, has some surface corrosion on the receiver that I’ve converted and kept oiled and some missing bluing on one side of the barrel from a rust spot that was sanded off by the previous owner. Wood has some dings and scratches but it’s structurally sound with no cracks. I’d consider trades for 12ga side by sides and O/U’s, nothing Turkish. Text only, must meet in American fork.
