PSA blem 16″ upper with carbine gas system

Description

Use Palmetto State Armory upper. This has about 300 rounds through it. No issues with it I just upgraded to a free floated upper. It has a carbine length gas system and includes 2 different handguards. Has a few scratches. MSRP is $250. You can get yourself a great upper to put on any AR-15 lower you want.

Includes:
AR-15 upper – Nitride coated barrel
Bolt carrier group – 158 machine gun steel
Charging handle – basic AR
Magpul hand rail – Tan

I make occasional runs to the SLC area.
