The gutting knife zips through any large game animal with ease without busting open the guts or destroying valuable meat. The caping knife with its signature curve ensures that the skin and hide stays intact for the taxidermist. The skinning knife makes quick work of the process, regardless of if the animal has been hanging for a day or a week and a nylon sheath. The knives are constructed from stainless steel, are easy to clean, and are minimal in size and weight. Included is a sheath that provides a roll to hold all three knives.
