Eddystone 1917 model OF 30-06

I have here an eddystone 1918 model OF 30-06
Rifle has been sporterized but is a dream to shoot. Upon serial # look up I found out it was made in February of 1918. It was a service weapon in ww1 with all of the proof marks to show it. Asking $800 obo. The ones I have seen sale have gone for right around $1400. Rifle will come with 6ish boxes of ammo. Does have an older bushnell scope on it as well.
