Description
Offered for sale is an exceptionally clean Colt Diamondback chambered in .22 Long Rifle, featuring the desirable 6-inch ventilated-rib barrel and Colt’s beautiful high-polish blue finish.
Serial number R57335, dating this revolver to approximately 1978 production.
This Diamondback is in excellent overall condition. The deep Colt blue remains exceptionally attractive, with no significant scratches, rust, or pitting observed. The cylinder, frame and 6-inch barrel all present extremely well. The revolver features Colt’s adjustable rear sight, ramp front sight, ventilated rib and full-length barrel underlug.
Fitted with handsome checkered walnut target stocks with gold-colored Colt Rampant Colt medallions, appropriate for this later-production Diamondback. The grips are also in excellent condition, with crisp checkering and attractive wood.
Included with the revolver are the Colt instruction/manual materials shown in the photographs and the fitted Styrofoam packaging shown.
