Daniel Defense ~ DD5V4 ~ 6.5 Creedmoor

From the first trigger pull, my Daniel Defense DD5 V4 in 6.5 Creedmoor felt like the semi-auto precision rifle I had been waiting for—smooth, balanced, and impressively easy to keep on target. Its 18-inch, 1:8-twist cold-hammer-forged chrome-lined barrel, adjustable gas block, and DLC-coated bolt carrier group deliver the long-range accuracy, reliability, and low-maintenance operation that serious semi-auto shooters demand. I love that the user-adjustable gas block lets me switch between suppressed and unsuppressed shooting without sacrificing a consistent, comfortable shooting feel. The 7075-T6 aluminum receivers, free-floated M-LOK handguard, full-length Picatinny rail, and ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle make it ready for optics, lights, and the way I actually shoot. In my experience, the 6.5 Creedmoor chambering pairs beautifully with the rifle’s recoil-reducing bolt system, making extended range sessions far more enjoyable.
