Description
Last one!!! This is a rare bird here, an as new takeoff lower from a Colt factory SBR, LE6933. It was test fired when I got it in 2009 from Clyde Armory and then stored away in the safe for 17 years! Super clean, so clean I’m not sure I even test fired it, but I’m listing as “like new” to avoid any confusion. It is separated from the upper, restored to Carbine length, and removed from the NFA registry and I have a confirmation letter. This makes it a title 1 Carbine/Rifle lower now. It CANNOT be used as a pistol lower and is NO LONGER AN SBR LOWER. It MUST have a 16 inch or longer barrel unless you yourself register it anew as an SBR with the ATF/F1. Comes with the end of the factory box with matching serial number. If you want an authentic restricted marked lower for your Colt Law Enforcement or M4 M4LE Carbine build, here you go, these don’t come up often and they usually cost way more than this (check GB or the other one on here listed for $850). Came with an H buffer from the factory for the 11.5 inch M4 commando upper that came on it (and is already sold). Factory staked buffer tube, M4 Waffle stock. Just to reiterate for the uninitiated, this is NOT an SBR this is a CARBINE or rifle Title 1 lower according to the ATF at this time. You cannot put an SBR upper on it without first filing the appropriate paperwork to convert it to an SBR lower, after you recieve a returned and approved F1. Please don’t even bother trying to buy this if you don’t understand those basic facts. This does have a semi-automatic factory sear block (machined/forged, not pinned) like comes on all non-full-auto guns from Colt, so it will not accept a RLL or RDIAS without milling – NO Colt lowers after 1989 restructuring will, they ALL have a sear block of some kind. Text for additional pics or questions. Another of these already sold, so I’m not going to negotiate on price unless it hasn’t sold for a couple of weeks.
