Mossberg .270 Win.

Description

This is a “carried a lot” hunting rifle. It has a few dings to show for it.
That being said, it’s a sub-MOA shooter with Hornady 145gr ELD-X ammo. It has Mossberg’s LBA (lightning bolt action) trigger…accu-trigger. It has a 24” fluted barrel with a factory muzzle brake (it’s long). I strapped an Arken SH-4 (Gen 2), 6-24×50, zero stop optic to it and it makes for an awesome platform to take longer shots. I bought the gun “used” but never fired. I’ve put less than 75 rounds through it. This gun is heavy. You will definitely feel the weight if you are a long “hike-in” hunter.

It will come with one 5-rnd magazine, optic, and leather sling. With full asking price, I will include about 100 rnds of factory 150gr cartridges (various) and about 50 130gr handloads…all soft or hollow points. Plus 12 rnds of 145grn ELD-X. The scope is currently zeroed at 100 yds with the ELD-X cartridges. I love the gun. It was going to be my “last rifle I will ever hunt with,” gun, but I’m a veteran with a newly diagnosed, service-connected cancer, getting ready to fight that battle. Not hunting in the foreseeable future and could use some extra money for the time being.
