8. A list of select FFLs is also available from UGE.
9. If I am at all unsure about firearm advertising, sales or transfers, I will contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and/or visit the ATF website at http://www.atf.gov.
10. I understand and agree that Utah Gun Exchange may remove my listings from the site without notice if they are found to be in violation of the terms or listing policies.
11. I agree to abide by the account creation, spam and listing policies found on UtahGunExchange.Com
12. I take responsibility for my actions whilst using UtahGunExchange.com. I also take responsibility for any and all of my actions related to, or resulting from, my use of UtahGunExchange.com. Further, I am solely responsible for any and all consequences of my actions.
