This is the 5-inch Performance Center version featuring an 8-round stainless-steel cylinder, Performance Center tuned action, adjustable rear sight, rubber grip, and the distinctive removable V-Comp barrel weight/compensator system.

The revolver has S&W’s two-tone Performance Center styling with a dark-finished frame/barrel contrasted by the stainless cylinder, hammer, trigger, and controls. The V-Comp configuration gives it a distinctive profile and adds weight at the muzzle for improved balance and reduced muzzle rise.
