Sar 3 – Romanian 556 AK

Description

Early Romanian import AK, SAR3 in 556. Rifle was sent to Delagate arms and correct FSB and 22mm brake were added. Then was refinished. Rifle runs great, and would look amazing with a wire folder and reverse dong grip for an AIMS-74 clone. Or you could put some Russian furniture on and create a AK-74 clone in 556.

Gun runs flawless now, the hammer was reprofiled to fall correctly and fix the known issue of peening on the back of the bolt. Lot of SAR-3s need either hammer work done or a new hammer bought online (red star-but I haven’t seen them in stock for years) Delegate confirmed the hammer is correct now and new hammer is not needed.

Really sad to see it go, its an excellent import AK, in an easily obtainable caliber, and all the work to correct the rifle and deban it has been done. All said i’m much more into it than what I am selling it for.

Instead of buying a WBP and dealing with accuracy issues, or buying a PSA and sending it back constantly, buy an import rifle and own something that will retain its value.
