For sale Ruger 22 franken pistol

I am trying to reduce the size of my collection so I am selling this ruger 22LR pistol.

I got this on a trade a long time ago and have used to teach new shooters at the range. The lower is from a mark 2 and the upper from a mark 3. All the internals have been replaced with volquartsen parts, the front sight is HiViz and comes drilled and tapped for a scope mount. Includes two magazines and two sets of grips.  The gun is not a looker but in perfect mechanical shape, and will hold the 10 ring at 25 yards with CCI standard velocity.

The only trades I am looking for are:
– S&W K-38 masterpiece with 6″ barrel in like new condition
– Beretta 92 inox or 92X
