American Gun Co 12ga double barrel

Vintage 12ga double barrel shotgun with hammers made by/for American Gun Company. In great condition for it’s age. I can’t find a reliable source for dating these shotguns but I’m guessing early 1900s. The serial is clearly legible if anyone wants to have a whack at it. It looks nice and the steel barrels appear to be in great shape.

Given it’s age this shotgun is being sold as-is. One barrrel fires every time but the other hammer isn’t making solid enough contact with the firing pin or the pin is too worn down/short so that barrel can take multiple trigger pulls to fire the primer. Don’t think it would be hard to fix. Dad was using this to shoot black powder reloads but shotguns aren’t really my thing so I’m not going to use it for more than display. Given it’s age buyer should have it inspected by someone knowledgeable in old guns and use light loads.

I’m listing again without the reloading supplies as they didn’t generate much interest, however if you are interested in reloading 12ga I have a bunch of paper hulls (new and once-fired) and wads I’ll make you a deal on. I also have some brass shells.
