Selling my custom .54 Cal Colonial (Pennsylvania) Long Rifle.

This is a Kibler that I built last spring. It is in near perfect condition and works flawlessly. The wood is a high grade maple with beautifule curling throughout. Brass hardware as commonly used during the time period that this rifle was modled after. This is a full sized long rifle like you see in Movies or TV shows and much longer than the modern reproduction (typically hawken) flintlock rifles.

The styling is from the 1760’s -1770’s and representative of rifles produced in many of the colonies during this time period.

I am only selling so that I can have the money to build another rilfe this spring. The rifle has minor shows of use, but no damange. Great conversation starter at outdoor ranges and such a fun experience to shoot. The quality of this rifle, wood, lock time and speed, harware is so much better than you will be able to get with any pre-built rifle from any online retailer while still saving significant money from buying one from a custom gunsmith with months or even years long waiting list.

Stock has a pull of about 13 5/8” and a drop of approximately 2 3/4” and cast off of approximately 3/16″

Buttplate is approximately 2” in width and slightly over 5” in height.

Lock is a round Faced English Flintlock

NOT LOOKING FOR TRADES as I plan to use the money from selling to source and build a new rifle. I Can include a pound of Black Powder and some flints for an additional cost that we can discuss if serious about purchasing. Also open to going out to instruct on how to load, fire, and clean these rifles as there is a small learning curve but they are an absolute joy to own and shoot.
