Selling a highly collectible, historically significant pre-WWII Yugoslavian Model 1924 Mauser short rifle chambered in 8x57mm (8mm Mauser).

This rifle is structurally unique because it features an intact Royal Kingdom of Yugoslavia Crest (Coat of Arms) and crisp Cyrillic side rail markings (“КРАЉЕВИНА ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА”). It completely escaped the post-war communist “scrubbing” process.

100% Matching Serial Numbers: The receiver, bolt body, trigger guard base, and magazine floorplate all display the matching original serial number (145549).
Historical Markings: Features the correct “BK” (Vojna Kontrola) military inspection proof stamp.
Sporterized Upgrades: The receiver has been cleanly drilled and tapped for a scope mount, and the bolt handle has been professionally turned down and polished with an engine-turned/perlage pattern. Perfect build for a vintage hunting setup or target rifle.
