For sale is a classic Ruger No. 1-A Light Sporter chambered in .243 Winchester, dating to approximately 1977 based on the serial-number range.

This is Ruger’s famous falling-block single-shot rifle and features the 22-inch light-contour barrel with factory-style iron sights. It is currently fitted with a durable black synthetic/composite stock and forearm rather than the original walnut furniture.

The rifle comes equipped with a Leupold M8 6X fixed-power scope in gloss black with the classic Leupold gold ring and Ruger-style scope rings.
