TRANSFER DETAILS – PLEASE READ:
- Buyer must be a Utah resident.
- As of Jan 1 2026, the NFA tax is $0 on both suppressors and SBRs. No stamp fees on either item.
- Suppressor still transfers on a Form 4, and you can’t take possession until it’s approved.
- Rifle can go either way:
- Form 4’d to you as an SBR
- Or removed from the registry and sold as a pistol if you’d rather skip a second form. I’d include your choice of an SBA3 or SBA5 brace
- You’ll need an ATF eForms account with photo and fingerprints on file, or you’ll need to get that done first. It’s easy and I can walk you through it.
Serious inquiries only. Happy to send more photos, answer questions, or meet up so you can look it over. No trades.
