GSG MP40 9mm

Description

This is an SBR semi automatic clone of the German MP40 of World War II. I made it by attaching an ATI stock to the pistol version. Comes with four 25 round magazines, an upgraded safety, upgraded charging handle, upgraded barrel nut, and upgraded front sight hood to be consistent with German era smg. Also comes with a suppressor adapter to add your own 1/2 x 28 thread pitched suppressor (no suppressor included). With ATF’s non-enforcement letter dated today, I am requiring Buyer sign a bill of sale to show that the sale occurred during the non-enforcement window and preserve a defense of entrapment estoppel should a future administration have a change of heart concerning the non-enforcement of NFA private party transfers.

$900. Only trade I would consider is a carbine length lever action 357 Magnum (must have a threaded barrel and have a loading gate). I prefer texts.
