Brand new, pristine condition, and completely unfired. The lower has spent its entire life in the factory packaging shown in the photos. I bought this over two years ago to lay the foundation for a DMR project, but other things got in the way and it was never realized. This is a decent foundation for a high-quality .308 Win / 7.62×51 NATO battle rifle or DMR build. Over $550 in total retail value here. Includes the following:
