Description
I have an A1 carry handle upper for a M-16 or old school build. At least that was my plan for it but things change. I would like to trade this for a flat top upper if someone has one. If not I am open to trades or just selling it. I also have the picatinny rail that attaches to the top of the carry handle. I do have another ad with a bunch of AR barrels, parts, and accessories.
