Description

Springfield Prodigy, original owner, low round count, slide is like butter, no issues with this one. This is the second gen model. I have not experienced any of the issues that came along with the first gen models. The only thing that was a pain in the *** and full transparency was getting the mounting plate to stay on the slide. That took trial and error. My solution has worked great which is JB weld the mounting plate to the slide itself. Screws are installed as well but that was half the issue. Screws were too long or too short. I found a good balance and welded that ***** on and it hasn’t moved!
The gun runs flawless with most of the mags but runs even better with the Staccato mags!!!
Comes with a pretty permanent mounting plate and the Holosun 509T Green dot closed emitter, Surefire X300 TURBO, guide rod was changed to the Dawson Precision, (3) 20 round mags and (2) 17s, case and I’m pretty sure I have the original box as well with the paperwork.
If you’re a fan of the prodigy but you had the same issue with the optic flying off, you will love this and my solution that I came up with.
