Complete Commercial Reloading and Brass Processing Setup Dillon 1050 Magma Case Master

Description

Complete commercial brass processing and reloading equipment package built around five Dillon Super 1050 presses converted to run Forcht autodrives, plus a Magma Engineering Case Master 5200 push-through case sizer and an Ultimate Sorter Model 4.

This is not a beginner setup. It is a high-volume, purpose-built workflow for sorting, sizing, processing, trimming, priming, and loading across multiple calibers. I am listing this as a complete package and am not looking to part it out at this time.

9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .223 / 5.56, and 300 Blackout.

Upgrades:
All five Super 1050s have Lithium Engineering shell plate hold-down and case feeder upgrades. Includes upgraded pistol case feeder plates from Double Alpha Academy, FFB swage rods, FW Arms self-centering popper decapping dies, FW Arms hold-down dies, FFB Honey Badger trimmer attachments, Bosch router trim motors, vacuum / chip collection attachments, multiple Mr. Bullet Feeder caliber setups, and lots of other upgrades.

The Magma Case Master 5200 is the commercial full-size case push sizer, not the smaller Case Master Jr. It is set up for pistol brass and includes tooling for 9mm, .40 cal, and .45 ACP. It runs on 120V power, is currently operational, and I have timed it at roughly 5,500 cases per hour. I get nearly 100% case gauge consistency when using it before my normal resizing process.

The Ultimate Sorter Model 4 is complete with base and 4 sorting plates.

Machines are currently mounted on tables with Unistrut rails so equipment can be moved and positioned where needed. Tables for the machines can be included. Shelving and one separate table are not included.

Equipment is used but operational and well upgraded. Normal cosmetic wear from use. Serious buyers only. Buyer responsible for pickup and moving equipment.
