I’m selling this for my father-in-law. He purchased it new from Cabela’s a few years ago. It went straight into the safe, and has never been fired.
It comes with a Cabela’s Rimfire 3-9×40 scope, a 10 round mag, an 25 round mag, and a soft case.
$330. Cash only. Absolutely no Venmo, and no trades.

You will need to provide a copy of your concealed carry permit, and you will need to be willing to sign a bill of sale.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
With a concealed carry permit, I can at least verify with the State that the permit is valid, meaning a felony check within the last 5 years, and no suspension of the permit since it was issued/renewed.
I had a very unpleasant phone call from an out-of-state detective about a gun I sold being used in a crime. This is me doing my part to protect myself from future liability. If you don’t agree, you don’t need to make a big deal out of it. Just move along.
